Warranty
American Pump warranties our work for 1 year, and honors manufacturer warranties (parts only) which are typically as follows
- 5 years for pressure tanks
- 5 years for 4" submersible pumps
- 2 years for 6"+ submersible pumps
- 3 years for VFD's
- 1 year for line shaft turbine pumps
Warranties are Void and/or Do Not cover damage caused by any of the following:
- Packing Ins't Adjusted Properly
- Insufficient Oil Dripping Down Line Shaft
- Improper Installation by Customer
- Lightning
- Power Surges
- Loss of Phase
- Dirty Water
- Lack of Water
- Crooked Wells
- Acts of God
