American Pump & Drilling can service any type of AC Motor. Our process is simple and efficient.
- We either pick up the motor or you can drop it off at our Ucon, Idaho shop;
- We'll test the insulation and windings;
- Then we'll tear it down from top to bottom;
- Dip and bake the stator with new varnish;
- Check and replace bearings if necessary;
- Balance the rotor;
- If necessary, rewind the copper windings;
- Reassemble the motor;
- Test the motor;
- Paint the motor so it looks like new!
